Emily~ I struggle with a sugar addiction but Herbalife has helped me tremendously! I’m in the gym up to 6 days a week and wasn’t getting my 80% nutrition to fuel my body properly for my workouts. That ended with no results for all my hard work in the gym. I don’t crave the sweets that I do when I’m not consistent with having my Herbalife shakes. My coach is amazing and is always here to support me when I’ve fallen back into my old habits...and her support is without judgement! I let manic depression and life get in the way of ME, in the way of MY life. With Herbalife as my nutrition and the accountability of the challenges and the people I've met along the way, I've taken my own life by the reins again and I'm down 30.8lbs and I'm feeling better than I have in years.
Catie~ Herbalife has helped me in many ways, not just my fitness. The first 2-week challenge I lost five pounds and won the challenge that was back in 2015. Fast forward to today I am still drinking at least one shake drinking at least one shake a day and following my tablet regimen. Herbalife has helped me with my confidence and helped me to understand nutrition and fitness in a whole new way. I can say before Herbalife I thought that looking at calories and sticking to a 1200 calorie diet was what I needed to do to be healthy. Additionally, in the past, I had tried many dietsand would lose weight but then gain it right back.
Thankfully I can say that Herbalife has taught me many things about nutrition and that it is not just a lifestyle but a life change, a pleasant change at that. I have been able to take control of my nutrition and increase my energy level thanks to Herbalife. I am thankful for the positive changes in my body, mind, and attitude since I started Herbalife.
Abby~ I think the biggest benefit for me is the motivation from everyone, we are human and have our tough days, I have a very stresful job and we may slip up but the team is not there to scold you but they are so welcoming you can be honest and everyone is there to help pick you back up. While i don't always see the results I want, we have support you just have to be willing to ask for it to make adjustments to fit your needs and your goals.
Ashley Shaw~ I found Herbalife by an invite into a nutrition club. I fell in love. I noticed amazing energy and the shakes taste amazing. I joined my first challenge for some extra motivation. I love them. I lost 17lbs in my first 5 week challenge. I lost 16lbs in my second challenge and so far I have lost 11 pounds in my current challenge. I am down a total of 80lbs. ? My name is Bonnie Petersen. I am a 47 year old widow with 3 grown children, who has been obese all my adult life. My husband was a big guy, and we ate when we were happy. (We were VERY happy for 28yrs.)
I want to be healthy for my kids, my future grandkids, and I want to enjoy the next half of my life. I know I need to get this weight off in order to do so, and it's working!!
I'm fairly new to using Herbalife, but in 5 weeks I have lost 25.2 lbs.
I know these products, along with a healthy diet and exercise, will give you results.
Not to mention you get a great coach who will place you with a group of people who will
inspire and challenge you to keep working towards a that goal. We all have good days, and a few bad, but together we are strong. We are not alone in this.

Jenny Weale has been a friend of mine for several years, and I have been a witness to what Herbalife has done in her life.
The fb and instagram posts about challenges ( I love competition) and the many posts of her clients' successes( very inspiring) have always intrigued me.
Well, now I, Bonnie Petersen, am one of those posts, and I am working hard to be successful in those challenges myself. I told myself I wanted to weigh 100lbs less by Jan 1, 2019, and I can honestly say I really think with God's help and my Herbalife commitment, I WILL DO IT!!!!

These weight loss challenges have inspired me in many ways. I really like the friendly competitiveness between all of the participants. We hold each other accountable for what we do throughout the challenge. I really need that. I also love winning even if I don’t win the competition. I consider myself a winner if I lose weight and keep it off.
